About Us
We provide direct primary care services along with medical weight loss and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT). Direct primary care provides membership-based services that include provider visits and 95% of most commonly prescribed generic medications. Our Adult memberships are $75/month including medications. We use Evexipel patented pellets for BHRT for men and women.
