Rhodes HR Consulting LLC is a privately-owned and operated firm based in the Tampa Bay area. Rhodes focuses on providing exceptional HR services to start ups and small to mid-sized companies throughout the United States.

Generally these companies have no HR department and usually will have someone in Operations or Accounting that handles the HR function as best they can. This is our niche and we service this type of client because this is where we are most effective and can offer the most value.
