About Us
Trinity Yoga Wellness Center is a locally owned, woman-owned and service-disabled veteran-owned yoga and wellness studio serving Trinity, New Port Richey, Odessa and the greater Pasco County community. More than a studio, we are a welcoming place to move, breathe, reconnect and belong.
We offer 40+ weekly classes for beginners through experienced practitioners, including heated and non-heated yoga, gentle and restorative practices, chair yoga, Pilates, strength and mobility, meditation, sound healing and breathwork. We also host workshops, special events, private sessions and community programs, with massage therapy available on-site by appointment.
Our mission is to support the whole person—body, mind and spirit—through accessible movement, nervous-system regulation, meaningful connection and conscious living. Drop-ins, class packages and flexible memberships are available, with special rates for military members, veterans, first responders, teachers and students.
No flexibility or prior yoga experience is required. Come as you are and discover a studio that feels like home.
