Whether it be at home, at work or in any other situation, human relationships often come with conflict. Conflict is amazing as it increases awareness of problems that exist and provides a reason for finding a better way forward. When conflict is valued it encourages an environment where change is seen as positive – a way of making things better. However, when it comes to relationships and trying to solve conflict, we often let our emotions get in the way and chaos ensues!

In this session we break down the root of conflict and negative emotions, what happens to your brain when emotions run wild and HOW to recognize those emotional triggers before they blur your ability to solve conflict.

This a fun, experiential, interactive session but most of all enlightening!
