The purpose of this campaign is to offer women the opportunity to experience Muay Thai and the incredible benefits of this fun and unique style of training. Beginners are encouraged and any fitness level welcome.  
 
Our training sessions offer a fun, friendly, non-intimidating environment where you can meet people, train with a partner and learn one of the most practical self-defense skill sets all while getting an incredible work-out!

We are offering 10 spots for our morning classes. There is limited availability so it will be first come first serve.

Follow these steps to secure a spot:
 

1. Text your name, age and phone number to (941)713-1257.
2. Come by the gym prior to March 14^th, 2016 to purchase your KOH Muay Thai training shirt and handwraps (total cost including tax $26.75.) There are NO additional fees.
3. Show-up on March 14^th, 2016 at 9:30am for your first class J

 
We will begin a waiting list once we reach 10 participants. Please be courteous and only join in our free month campaign if you will be able to participate in most classes. Classes will be every Monday/Wednesday/Friday morning from 9:45am-10:45am. This offer is only available to women who have never tried or attended a class at KOH Muay Thai or KOH Muay Thai – Brandon.
