Come enjoy a day of yoga and science at MOSI!
Unlock your zen with breath and movement in MOSI’s beautiful outdoor Science Park, with Yogi Coleen McGrath of Yoga Sounds Good, LLC. Coleen will guide you through a flow-style yoga class and finish with a soothing mini sound bath. Once you’re calm, centered and rejuvenated, enjoy a fun-filled day of science while you explore all that MOSI has to offer.
