We’re not your average gym.
We’re a boxing/kickboxing/self-defense based circuit workout designed exclusively for women — fast, fun, and insanely effective! We’re on a mission to empower women through fitness, and we’re building something BIG in the Odessa community.

- Has a passion for fitness (experience is a bonus, but not required — we train you!)
- Is a natural salesperson who connects easily and can close with confidence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Welcome prospective members, understand their goals, and guide them through the sales/registration process.
- Demonstrate and coach kickboxing, boxing & self-defense techniques (we’ll train you!).
- Build genuine relationships and create an empowering, energetic atmosphere on the floor.
- Follow up via phone/email and assist with light admin & studio upkeep.
SCHEDULE:
We’re hiring for 2–4 shifts/week (9–20 hours/week)
Available shifts:
Morning: 7:45 AM – Noon
Evening: 3:45 PM – 8:15 PM * *Priority**

REQUIREMENTS:
- Physically able to move, demo, and be active for the full shift.
- Sales or customer service experience a big plus!
- No previous coaching experience needed — we’ll train you to be a rockstar.
- Must pass a background check.
