YogaSix Flow and Nourish Workshop
In this 90 minute workshop, you will enjoy a 45 minute Y6 slow flow class focused on building self-esteem, and body positivity. Following the flow, the group will come together to discuss concerns, struggles, and questions about nutrition. Caroline will provide a fun and informative talk about healthy eating which includes information on feeding yourself, your family, as well as simple and delicious meal ideas. You will be provided with shopping lists, and recipes!
Caroline is a YogaSix instructor, and has been teaching yoga for over 15 years. She is a licensed mental health counselor, and works often with individuals struggling with issues around eating, self-esteem, and body image. Caroline is a certified holistic health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
