Position Overview
In this role, you will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to keep inventory moving
efficiently and accurately, while also working with the Head of Marketing to manage product
listings, stock updates, and marketing operations for our website and marketplaces. This is a
fast-paced, roll-up-your-sleeves position that requires attention to detail and the ability to juggle
multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
? Work directly with the Warehouse Manager to assess shipping options, confirm
correct receipt of inventory, and partner on monthly inventory counts.
? Ensure our ERP system reflects accurate inventory counts and assess opportunities for
improvements in ERP.
? Track and report returns, identify patterns, and help improve processes to reduce
them.
? Assist in maintaining accurate and organized warehouse records.
? Establish and maintain regular reporting across key operational metrics.

E-Commerce & Marketing Operations
? Work directly with the Head of Marketing to update and maintain product listings,
inventory, and pricing on our website and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart,
Shopify).
? Ensure product content — descriptions, images, specifications — is accurate and
consistent across channels.
? Monitor sales performance and flag opportunities for listing improvements or
promotions.
? Coordinate with marketing on product launches, seasonal updates, and sales
campaigns.

Qualifications
? Minimum of 3 years in operations, logistics, or e-commerce support.
? Hands-on experience with ERP systems and marketplace platforms.
? Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
? Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
? Proficient with spreadsheets and basic reporting.
? College degree preferred but not required with strong relevant experience.
? Strong professional references required.

Contract Details
? Duration: 6 months, 30-40 hours per week
? Location: On-site in Hudson, FL
? Pay Rate: $28/hour
? Potential for Full-Time: Yes, based on performance and company needs
