About Us
Dr. Creekmore is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist in the Lutz area on SR 54. Dr. Creekmore focuses on diabetic eye exams and health, glaucoma management, cataracts and cataract surgery. Dr. Creekmore also is a dry eye specialist. As well, we offer treatments for Morpheus8, which is skin tightening, and facial rejuvenation for a more youthful look. Dr. Creekmore has over a decade of experience in her field. We take most insurances. Emergent appointments are usually able to be seen within 24-48 hours notice.
