Pro MEDIATE

Mediation is a form of dispute resolution used to help parties resolve conflicts.  My experience as a mediator includes but is not limited to; complex circuit civil litigation, health care disputes, insurance coverage, elder caring, employment/EEO, small business, real estate, divorce and related family issues.

I am a Florida licensed attorney (1993), Florida Supreme Court mediator (2003) certified in Circuit Civil, Family, County, Dependency and Appellate matters and handle private mediations along with disputes for the United States Postal Service, Florida Sixth Judicial Circuit, and other entities.

My services are typically retained by legal counsel for their clients or by private parties who may not have retained their own legal counsel.
