Built in the Spring of 1919 of grey brick recycled from a building in the sawmill town of Fivay\, this oldest brick building in New Port Richey was built to be a bank  but was first occupied by the Port Richey Company to sell land. \n\n\n\nIt has served generations of local residents primarily as the Land Office of George R.
