If you’ve been struggling with irregular cycles, acne, unwanted hair growth, weight changes, insulin resistance, difficulty ovulating, or concerns about your future fertility, this event was created with you in mind.
Join Cheval Wellness and trusted local women’s health and wellness professionals for a morning dedicated to understanding your body, recognizing symptoms, exploring supportive resources, and learning how to take a more proactive approach to your reproductive and whole-body health.
WHAT IS PMOS?
PCOS has a new name: PMOS — Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome.
The name was officially changed in May 2026 to better reflect that the condition can affect multiple hormonal and metabolic systems—not only the ovaries.
PMOS, formerly known as PCOS, is one of the most common hormonal conditions affecting reproductive-age women and can influence metabolism, menstrual cycles, ovulation, and fertility.

COMPLIMENTARY PMOS SCREENINGS
Cheval Wellness will offer brief PMOS risk screenings throughout the event to help women recognize symptoms and patterns that may deserve a closer look.
Common signs may include:
• Irregular, long, or missed periods
• Difficulty ovulating
• Acne or oily skin
• Excess facial or body hair
• Thinning scalp hair
• Unexplained weight gain or difficulty losing weight
• Insulin resistance or blood sugar concerns
• Darkening of the skin in certain areas
• Difficulty becoming pregnant
