We will explore the many generations in the workforce and show you some secrets to improving relationships across generational lines, whether they work for you, or are your clients. We will then look at how to avoid burnout by flexing our boundary setting muscles and seeing how strong our resilience skills are.

About the speakers: 

             Carrie Root, CEO, brings decades of experience leading teams and troubleshooting for the Department of Defense. Carrie brings an interesting perspective to leadership that always creates a buzz. Personally, Carrie enjoys wearing masks, staying locked in her home and shopping for groceries at 7am.

Chris Rueb, Director of Marketing, has decades of General Manager experience in large retail. He has seen it all and brings a very positive outlook to his facilitating. Personally, Chris enjoyed homeschooling two daughters, boating, and wearing tee shirts that features themes from movies.
