DESCRIPTION:13th Annual PEDC NetFest \n\n \n\nThursday\, March 5\, 2015\n\n5:00   8:00 PM\n\nStarkey Ranch in Odessa\n\n \n\n For those that may not be familiar with the event   this is an informal networking function held under the pavilion at Starkey Ranch on State Road 54 in Odessa.  We generally have around 250   300 in attendance\, however\, we would love to have that number increased to 350 or so.  The evening includes a BBQ buffet\, cash bar\, Chili Cook-Off\, and a DJ for background country/pop music.  Sponsorship opportunities will be available in January as we work out the final details.
