DESCRIPTION:KOH Muay Thai's FIT for FREE campaign is back!\n\n This campaign is open to all girls and women ages 12 and older\n\n \n\nPrepare for the summer by training with us from\n\nMarch 14th   April 11th\, 2016 at NO CHARGE!\n \n\nThe purpose of this campaign is to offer women the opportunity to experience Muay Thai and the incredible benefits of this fun and unique style of training. Beginners are encouraged and any fitness level welcome.  \n\n \n\nOur training sessions offer a fun\, friendly\, non-intimidating environment where you can meet people\, train with a partner and learn one of the most practical self-defense skill sets all while getting an incredible work-out!\n\n \n\nSome of these benefits include:\n\n \n\n	Weight Loss\n	Strength and Conditioning\n	Improved Endurance\n	Tone and Define Muscles\n	Improved Flexibility\n	Stress and Anxiety Relief\n	Improved Mental Focus and Memory\n	Self-Defense Skills\n	 \n\nWe are offering 10 spots for our morning classes. There is limited availability so it will be first come first serve.\n\n\n\nFollow these steps to secure a spot:\n\n \n\n\n	Text your name\, age and phone number to (941)713-1257.\n	Come by the gym prior to March 14th\, 2016 to purchase your KOH Muay Thai training shirt and handwraps (total cost including tax $26.75.) There are NO additional fees.\n	Show-up on March 14th\, 2016 at 9:30am for your first class J\n\n \n\nWe will begin a waiting list once we reach 10 participants. Please be courteous and only join in our free month campaign if you will be able to participate in most classes. Classes will be every Monday/Wednesday/Friday morning from 9:45am-10:45am.
