The winners are chosen entirely by community vote   performers and audience members cast the ballots\, making it one of the few award nights in the region determined by the people who were actually in the room.\n\nVoting opens Wednesday\, July 29 and closes Wednesday\, August 12 at 8:00 PM at richeysuncoasttheatre.com/tommy-awards.
